A Lab

JD got the question about how we could affect the working environment for the better. After some time of thinking, it was clear to us that we will not solve anything as an isolated problem but that everything hangs together. If we talk about improving or changing the working environment, we must first investigate what underlies the wish to change. Is it bad backs or the sun in your eyes? It could, of course, help to refurnish and put in new chairs, but that will not always help against bad backs. There are other factors that can cause bad backs. Bad managers, decisions and project groups are a cause to stress giving the strangest results.

It is the same thing when we get a customer asking if you could make a brochure or a web side. In order to be able to help the customer in the best way, we must imagine the total picture of how an expected end user will understand them. Else we cannot do a good job. If we do a job, with which the orderer is satisfied – because it suits the picture of themselves – the end product can still be “wrong”. It is easy to become blind to defects in one’s work and only see to a small detail, when you know the material inside and out.

In order to be able to work with inquiries, research and development in a good way, a virtual lab was set up. The lab has got a heart handling inquiries and then lifting in the right competence to handle the problem and find a suitable solution.
